Meeting Professional Application
Meeting Professional Applications are now being accepted!
You will be asked for the following information during the application process:
- Your Contact Information
- Past Meeting Information for two different meetings
- Future Meeting Information for three meetings which could be booked in Florida and discussed with suppliers during your appointments
- Travel Preference Information

Registration Fee
The meeting professional registration fee is only $195. This fee includes airfare, accommodations and all scheduled meals and activities during the program.
Application Process
The meeting planner application will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The reason that it takes a bit longer than usual is that you create your online profile (for the appointment selection process later on) at the same time! So you only need to do this once!
You will receive notification of your status as soon as it is reviewed by VISIT FLORIDA. Please allow five to ten business days. If you have been approved, details regarding travel preferences and appointment scheduling will be provided at a later date.
