Florida Encounter is an award-winning appointment tradeshow, providing a simple one-stop-shop solution for qualified meeting professionals to meet individually with many of Florida's premier suppliers. You request the appointments, so you choose who you want to meet with.

Caladesi Island State Park - Clearwater

The registration fee for qualified meeting professionals to attend is only $195 and includes your air travel, accommodations, meal functions, one-on-one appointments, exciting evening events and the offered optional post-Encounter FAM trips.

Improvements for this year
In our never-ending quest to plan the perfect program for you, we have made the following changes, based on the feedback provided by you and the attending suppliers after last year’s Encounter.

Shorter Registration Process
Instead of three future meetings, we only ask you to complete information on two.

Shorter Program
We have done away with the Saturday reception and the Sunday morning activities. The program will start on Sunday afternoon and will run through Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon departure is now optional, but we highly recommend you stay around for the Tuesday Late Departure Reception in downtown Dunedin!

More Networking Opportunities
Instead of educational speakers during the F&B functions, we will offer additional networking opportunities. And you will be able to select the destination(s) you want to get to know by simply choosing a table.
