Application Process

Supplier Registrations are now being accepted!

The supplier application process will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Once you begin the application process you will have 72 hours to complete it, otherwise your application will be automatically deleted from our system and you will have to resubmit a new application. You will receive a login and password which will enable you to return to your application if you need to come back to finish the process.

You will be given two exhibit options to select from:

  • Single Booth ($1,950. NEW: LOWER FEE! Why? Click here): One delegate with one set of appointments

  • Single-Plus Booth ($3,150. NEW: LOWER FEE! Why? Click here): Two delegates from the same organization; this option is only available to hoteliers, attractions and CVBs

An important part of the application process includes providing complete contact information of 15 or 30 meeting professionals, respectively, you want us to invite on your behalf!

For an application to be considered complete and your registration to be confirmed you need to:

  • Complete the on-line registration process

  • Submit the complete contact information of the appropriate number of meeting professionals

  • Submit payment

  • Be a current VISIT FLORIDA Partner

Please note: you are not considered registered until you fulfilled the requirements as listed above and receive an e-mail confirmation from VISIT FLORIDA!
